What counts as an active student?

Students with active status count toward plan limits. Disabled students do not count against the active student limit.

Is a credit card required to apply?

No. RenalCert reviews school applications first, then approved schools receive secure admin access before billing is managed from the dashboard.

Can schools cancel or change plans?

School admins can manage subscriptions through the Stripe customer portal when billing is configured.

How do student tuition payments work?

Schools connect their own Stripe account, students pay from the portal, and RenalCert does not add a platform transaction fee beyond standard Stripe processing fees.

How does the AI add-on work?

The AI Pack is a separate subscription entitlement with usage limits and human review before generated content is published.

What happens for Enterprise?

Enterprise customers can discuss multi-campus setup, security requirements, implementation planning, and custom limits with RenalCert.
