Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to RenalCert.io and related RenalCert services. By using RenalCert, schools, administrators, instructors, students, and other authorized users agree to use the platform only for lawful education, certification, administrative, and school operations purposes.
Schools are responsible for the accuracy of student records, course content, clinical hour records, certificates, transcripts, user access, billing information, and any information they submit or authorize through RenalCert. Users may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload harmful content, or use RenalCert to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
RenalCert may provide tools for training operations, certification management, verification, billing, reporting, and communication. RenalCert does not replace a school's professional judgment, accreditation obligations, legal obligations, clinical oversight, or compliance responsibilities. Schools remain responsible for reviewing outputs, maintaining required records, and meeting applicable state, federal, accreditation, and employer requirements.
RenalCert content, branding, interface designs, workflows, and platform materials are owned by RenalCert or its licensors. Schools retain responsibility for their submitted school, student, course, certificate, transcript, billing, and operational data. Access may be suspended or limited for security risks, nonpayment, misuse, or violation of these terms.
These standard terms are provided for operational clarity and should be reviewed by legal counsel before final production use. For questions, contact support@renalcert.io.
